Results are provided in approximately 15-30 minutes.No walk-in appointments or appointments before the day of travel will be available.
Customers must pre-register to reserve their testing timeslot and obtain a test on the day of travel.If you've already booked a trip, visit the Travel-Ready Center to find more information about the test and schedule an appointment.Administered by XpresCheck at a testing facility located after security in the center of Concourse B.Please note that Hawaii requires tests for all customers five years of age and older. This test is pre-approved by the state of Hawaii and available to those eight years of age and older. United has teamed up with XpresCheck on a testing option, available daily to travelers originating from Denver and traveling to Hawaii. Pre-clearance doesn’t apply to flights to Lihue. (If you’re flying from San Francisco, follow signs to a designated area to speak with an agent.) If you qualify for pre-clearance, you’ll receive a wristband to wear for expedited entry. Then, about 90 minutes before your flight, speak with a United agent at your gate to verify your enrollment status. To do this, complete the steps in the paragraph above to receive a QR code.
When you arrive in Hawaii, skip the line by receiving pre-clearance for the Safe Travels health form. All customers entering or traveling through Hawaii are required to complete the Safe Travels application. If you don’t do this before you depart, you’ll have to quarantine for 10 days or the duration of your trip even if you obtain a negative result after landing. Once you’ve scheduled and completed your approved test, complete the Safe Travels health form and upload your results before your trip for validation.
